JOB DESCRIPTION :                         CLEANER FOR HILL TOWNSHIP HALL

REPORTS TO:                                    HILL TOWNSHIP BOARD

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

Mopping and vacuuming of floors

Clean – wipe down woodwork

Clean windowsills and inside windows of dirt and insects

Empty light covers of insects

Dust Desks and Cabinets

Empty all waste baskets and replace waste bags

Thoroughly sanitize all restrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors

Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels

Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls

Clean main entrance way floors and inside windows

Kitchen – sanitize sinks, wipe down cupboards and appliances

Leave list with the clerk of any supplies that need to be ordered

Must be able to maintain confidentiality

Paid Monthly

Must be bonded and insured and provide certificate of proof

Bids may be submitted with or without cleaning supplies and equipment
